Hogwarts had let out for the summer and Arya was staying with her brother River, helping him get the place set up as well as staying as far away from her parents as she could. Arya didn't have a very close relationship with them at all, and River knew that, especially because he didn't either. Her biological father, Gregory Goyle left them at a a young age, while their mother had an affair and ended up marrying the man not even a year after the divorce. It was a crazy mess that Arya didn't want any part of. The only thing that came out of her new marriage that was good, were her half-siblings. She loved and protected them just like she did her full blooded ones. Sitting inside The Three Broomsticks, Arya was enjoying a book she had just picked up from the bookstore as well as a nice glass of butterbeer. Surrounding her were plenty of people she either knew or didn't. A lot of Hogwarts students liked to spend time there with their friends when they got the chance. It was a nice place in Hogsmeade to just hang out with those you enjoyed the company of. However, Arya was spending the day alone. She had no plans with friends or family. She just decided she'd rather be out and about than stuck inside River's home, not that it wasn't amazing, because it was. The view she could get from the bedroom was lovely and if she walked out she could spend a day in the meadow. But she decided against it. It was a good time to just go out to town and who knows, maybe she'dl see one of her friends by coincidence or someone else she knew, whether they were a friend or not. Hopefully it wouldn't be the latter. She really didn't feel like a confrontation when she was in a good mood. notes: yayyyy jarrod hope it's okay! words: 320 outfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

J arrod was rather enjoying his summer. He got another tattoo - across his fingers that says love life - and had been to France with his mother to go shopping. Jarrod wasn't really into shopping, but he'd do anything for his mum. He wasn't about to let her to go France by herself, anyway. Jarrod's sister was busy doing whatever the hell knows what, so he took up the responsibility. He got a nice new wardrobe out of it, too. Generosity paid off sometimes, but that wasn't why Jarrod did it. His mother was the one person in the world who got to see him for who he was - a good guy. He may not like authority, but his mother didn't boss him around or anything like that. She gave him solid advice when he needed it and tried to steer him in the right direction, but never put pressure on him to do something he didn't want to do. He wasn't that kind of kid. His mother understood when Jarrod proclaimed that he needed to get out of the house. They'd been home from France for two weeks and he needed some magic in life. Literally. He and his parents, and their sister, lived in the Muggle parts of London unbeknownst to the Muggles around them. Jarrod wasn't much of a wizard, really. He could cast spells and hexes like the rest of them but he didn't really appreciate magic the way others did, he supposed. He had lived up in a Muggle way through his whole life so he didn't see why he needed magic. Still, it was pretty cool sometimes. One of the coolest places he liked going in the wizarding world was The Three Broomsticks. Their Butterbeers were smashing and he was definitely in the mood for one that day. As he hadn't made any plans for the day, he figured he might as well venture alone to the wizarding world, leaving his mother to tend to laundry that she'd put off. Jarrod took a bit of Floo powder from the sack hanging by the fireplace in their home and threw it at his feet. "Hogsmeade" he said, then found himself floating through time and sound. In mere seconds he appeared on the walk of Hogsmeade. Jarrod looked round and found himself in front of Honeydukes. He nodded, immediately recognizing the place, then walked in the direction of the wizard pub. It didn't take him long as Hogsmeade was a pretty small-sized village. The clink of the bell chimed as he entered the door and looked round for a free table. There were a lot of people in there, though, and he almost gave up hope and turned round. That was, at least, til he spotted a very hot witch sitting by herself. She looked about his age and figured that she could use some company. Nobody really wanted to be alone - no matter how much they said so. Jarrod strutted over to her and sat down across from her, giving her a quick nod. "Hey I'm Jarrod, you are?" he said non-chalantly. He wasn't really nervous when it came to girls, so talking came natural to her. Maybe she'd be startled by his presence, maybe not, he just hoped she wasn't one of those stuck-up girls. He'd easily turn to Honeydukes instead if that were the case.

Arya continued to read her book and occasionally sip on her butterbeer as she sat at her table alone. She really wasn't expecting anyone to come and talk to her seeing as no one had in the good amount of time she had been sitting there. But, someone had and it was a boy in the same year and house as herself. If she could recall, his name was Jarrod Baddock and he was someone she had avoided all six, coming on seven, years of her time at Hogwarts. He had a reputation of being a 'bad boy' and Arya was not one to associate herself with those such as him. She knew River would probably shun her if she even thought about it, seeing how protective he was. But she didn't blame her brother. She was protective of him as well, and he was older. Putting on a smile, as not to seem rude, she closed her book and set it on the table in front of her. "Pleasure." She said simply, her eyes scanning the boy, studying his features as he sat before her. He wasn't bad looking. In fact, Arya would go as far as saying he was quite handsome. But she would never think of dating him. Not because he was a muggleborn. No, she didn't care about a witches or wizards blood. It was because of his reputation, as mentioned before. Arya contemplated whether she should even stay and talk, but it wasn't in her personality to be rude to someone who was being kind to her. Sure, she didn't care for the boy, but she wasn't going to be like any other stuck up Slytherin and treat him badly. That just wouldn't do. "Arya. Arya Goyle." She told him, taking another sip of her butterbeer, her eyes staying locked on him. "So, Jarrod, is there any particular reason you have come to sit with me?" Arya asked the boy as soon as she set down her glass. notes: very excited for these two words: didn't check outfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

O f course Jarrod had seen her before. She went to Hogwarts and was in his same year and house, but he hadn't paid her much attention. Jarrod had a lot going on in his life really and maybe if it hadn't been for the fact that this particular girl spent much time avoiding him, then he would have actually had a proper conversation with her before that moment. Of course, he didn't realize the possibility that she could have been avoiding him until she actually spoke. She wasn't cold or annoying, just sort of...surprised? that he approached her at all. Jarrod wasn't sure what it was about that, but it made him want to sit there even longer. He was going to wait this out and see what happened. Maybe he'd been intrigued, at first, by her appearance, but Arya Goyle was definitely interesting in personality, as well. Jarrod sat up a bit. "It's good to meet you, Arya," he said coolly, looking to the waitress approaching their table. "Firewhiskey, please," he said with a nod to her then looked back to Arya. Maybe he was a bit curious if she'd try and run out on him if he looked away for too long, or maybe he just wanted to look her over since she was so beautiful, but either way Jarrod didn't feel comfortable looking away. Jarrod stifled a laugh, shaking his head. "Can't a guy desire some company? I mean, it doesn't look like you're having much fun sitting here by yourself," he answered with a raised brow. It was true, though. Jarrod didn't want to be alone as much as the next person, and he was pretty sure Arya Goyle really wanted him there, she just couldn't admit it yet. "Can I ask you though," he started, "why you seem so...annoyed with me here? Do you really not want to be bothered from your book?" he asked. Jarrod was half-flirting at this point, but he was always trying to get an honest answer. He wasn't up for games or trying to figure people out. If she had some kind of tiff with him for whatever reason, he wanted to know. He had honestly never had the pleasure to confront her before and being that she seemed annoyed by him, Jarrod was curious about it. He licked his lips as he waited for an answer, searching her face for an obvious answer that he was possibly overlooking.

Arya wasn't the most interesting person in the world. She had a larger family than most and a deadbeat dad, along with an unfit mother. She had a serious outlook on things and never got into much trouble, if any at all. This boy in front of her, wreaked of trouble. She didn't know much of what he did, but she had been told many times to stay away. Not even from her siblings, but some of her friends that had interacted with him. There was something that sparked her interest though, so she stayed and allowed the conversation to go on. It wasn't like she was giving him false hope or anything. Two people could chat for hours without it having to mean a single thing. The brunette gave the boy a nod, but didn't answer as the waitress came up to take his order. As soon as she was gone, his eyes found her once again, and almost immediately. Did he think she was just going to disappear or something? Of course, she didn't know what kind of people he had associated with in the past. Maybe he had other girls run out on him as soon as he looked away. She wouldn't put the idea past anyone. Though she didn't care for him, she wasn't like that, and she actually felt bad for the boy if anyone were to do that. Not too bad though. She wasn't growing soft now. He probably did it to himself. "Actually, if you must know, I was quite enjoying my book." She told him sincerely, her voice still calm and giving off no emotion. "But sure, I'll be your company." She paused for a moment, looking him over again and then continued. "For now." Giving a small smirk, Arya placed an elbow on the table and rested her chin in it, keeping eye contact with the boy. An eyebrow raised as she listened to his words, wondering where he got the question from. Was it that obvious that she would rather have different company than him? Not that she cared too much, but she didn't think she was showing too much emotion on the matter. Maybe he was just good at reading people. "Honestly?" She started, shifting so that she was sitting up straight again. "I've heard you have quite the reputation Mr. Baddock." She told him honestly. She wasn't going to lie to the boy. If he was so curious to find out why she felt the way she did, then she would tell him. After all, he already had a sense of how she felt. Why not give him answers? "And my book is good, but it's not too interesting to where I can't set it down to hold a conversation. Hence why I'm talking to you."notes: words: didn't check outfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

J arrod could read people very well, in fact. He had a knack for understanding when people wanted him around and when they didn't. Sometimes he cared and sometimes he didn't, but either way he could tell when he was wanted. Arya Goyle did not seem to want him at all, actually. But then why was she still sitting there? Maybe his reputation preceded him and it interested her. Maybe she just didn't want to be bothered from her book - but was she really that into reading? Jarrod hadn't thought so. At least, not from what he saw of her in and out of the common room. Then again, people could appear differently in different circumstances. It was quite possible that Jarrod simply hadn't seen Arya reading much and that was why he figured that if she spouted out an excuse that she wanted to read, that he probably wouldn't have believed it. When she said 'for now,' Jarrod found a wide grin spreading across his features. "That's a good thing," he said rather simply. He didn't want to seem too excited that she agreed to stay with him, and yet he sort of was. Sure he didn't know anything about her, but that was the fun part of their conversation. Whichever way it went, Jarrod wouldn't leave disappointed or bored, he figured. And a conversation of any kind at that point was better than heading back home and being lonely for the rest of the eve. No, no....Jarrod would try and stick this conversation out, as painful as it might have been for his ego to find out the reason why she was seemingly annoyed by his presence. Her words pained him, but he looked down to hide it. "Ah," he answered. He fell silent for a moment before looking up at her again with a smile. "I see my reputation precedes me," Jarrod said, unable to stop himself from gulping. Jarrod wasn't sure what he could say to clear up any rumors she might have heard about him. He really didn't think of himself as bad as some people thought he just...didn't care for authority. He was a grown man and he could make decisions like one. He guessed sometimes that attitude might come across as a jerk, but hey - hey couldn't pretend to be someone he wasn't. "Well," he started, then leaned back in his chair, "I wish I could tell you, Arya, that most of what you heard isn't true, but it probably is," he shrugged. Jarrod didn't want to lie to her, but he also wanted to make a good impression. After all, there was a chance he could get someone on his side for the next year, right? Jarrod set his chair back down properly, leaning slightly into the table so he was a bit closer to her. With a devilish twinkle in his eye he asked, "But you haven't run off yet - why?" Jarrod grinned.

Taking a sip of her butterbeer, her eyes scanned the boy, studying his actions and facial features. He was definitely an interesting one and as much as Arya would hate to admit it, she was curious about him and actually wanted to get to know him. Now that he sat before her and gave her no way to escape, she might as well stick around and see what could happen. Sure, she could get up and walk away, but what would that say about her? Arya wasn't the type to care what others thought of her anymore, but she wasn't going to allow someone to think she was just another stuck up Slytherin girl or a dirty Goyle for that matter. She was going to prove there was more to her than what people initially thought by finding out her house and last name.Setting down her glass again, she realized she had finished her drink, but she was okay with that. She didn't need anything else. The boy sitting directly across from her still ran through her mind. Arya was frustrated by him and how much he confused her. The Jarrod that was sitting there talking to her, was not as bad as other people had said he was. He actually seemed pretty decent. Not that she would say that to him. Wouldn't want him to get the wrong idea. But maybe he was good at hiding his true self when meeting someone new. Maybe it was his plan to draw her in and cause trouble in her life. She didn't know, but she would stick around long enough to figure him out, then she could leave if he became too much of a problem. It really was that simple."Oh, it is?" Arya asked the dark haired boy, an eyebrow raised. So he was glad she was sticking around. How peculiar. What was his interest in her? Was it because she had been sitting alone? Surely she couldn't have been the only one enjoying some time to themselves. His decision to join her when he could have chosen anyone else intrigued her, much to her dismay.Hearing his words, Arya sat back in her chair and crossed one leg over the other at the same time she crossed her arms over her chest. She just couldn't figure this one out, and you'd think she'd be good at it, being the quiet and speculating type. He was different from the other guys she had come across. While she knew he was probably bad for her, he came across as somewhat of a breath of fresh air. He wasn't cruel and he didn't have a stick up his ass like a lot of Slytherins did. He was just... him. Whatever that was. "Well, I do appreciate your honesty." She told him sincerely as she kept her brown eyes locked on him. "Though I have to say I'm surprised you didn't try to make up some excuse to counter all the rumors." She told him bluntly, but not in a cold manner. Her tone was still calm and collected as she spoke to him. Still, what was a relationship, friendship or more without honesty? It had seemed they had started off on the right foot. His question came as somewhat a surprise to her, making her think about what she should say. Arya didn't know why she was still there and giving him the time of day. She couldn't very well tell him he intrigued her. That would be quite awkward. And she wouldn't admit to thinking he wasn't all that bad. After all, they had been talking for what? Like two minutes. She really didn't know him at all. So instead of answering, she decided to ask a question as an answer to his question. "And why does that matter to you?" notes: very excited for these two words: didn't checkoutfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

J arrod wondered why Arya thought that. "I'm not like other guys," he said bluntly. "I'm just not the kind of person that makes up excuses, you know? I'd rather just tell it like it is. It makes conversations easier, not having to lie all the time," he said and looked over to a group of girls staring at him from a nearby booth. Jarrod looked back to Arya and half-smiled. She was interested and he knew it. And he knew why, too. He was different than what she expected and it confused her. Jarrod found this part of conversations with new people fun. They realized he wasn't exactly as bad as people said, just himself. He didn't lie, didn't try to pretend to be all snooty and uptight. Jarrod was relaxed and cool, doing what he wanted to do when he wanted to. He hadn't met anyone that could keep him from doing otherwise. "Why does that matter to me?" he asked with a smirk. Jarrod shook his head. "You're interesting, Arya Goyle," Jarrod said simply. He ran a hand through his short hair and then cupped his palm around the back of his neck. "You act like I bother you then entertain my conversation - I think that's interesting and shows something maybe you don't want to admit," he said and leaned over the table slightly. "You don't want me to leave," Jarrod stated, then leaned back in his chair once again and looked at her over the wood slab between them, wondering what she'd say to his honest statement. It was honest, he knew. If Arya wanted him to leave then she would have said so. Or, better yet, she would have left. No...no, she was happy with him there. Or, if not happy, then at least content with his presence. And that was enough to make Jarrod smirk at the beautiful girl before him.

Arya chuckled as she started to play with the binding of her book. "Oh, such a famous line." She said to him, shaking her head only slightly. "I'm not like other guys." She repeated, poking fun at his sentence. So many times she had heard that line from men and it was annoying because they did turn out to be just like other guys. Maybe he wasn't though. Maybe he was telling her the truth. After all, he hadn't lied to her yet. Well, as much as she could tell. She didn't know if what he told her was a bunch of lies or not. She didn't know him at all. But she listened intently as he continued, explaining a bit of himself. "Well, I suppose I can agree with you there. Conversations go so much better when you don't have to figure out what's real and what's not. So, I guess if you're telling me the truth right now, I applaud you."Arya couldn't help but smile when he said she was interesting. She really wasn't, but if he wanted to believe that, he could go right ahead and do so. She wouldn't stop him. "Hm, interesting because I stay and talk? I think that's just being polite." It was true that she was intrigued by the boy she was told to stay away from by so many, but at the same time she was being polite about the situation. He had given her no reason to leave yet, so why do so? "Someone's cocky." She stated, looking him in the eye with a smirk. "True, if I wanted you to leave that much, I would have told you to, but just because I haven't done so doesn't mean I want you here exactly." Arya stated with a matter of fact tone as she kept her smirk on the boy. "Maybe I'm just toying with you." She teased at him slightly, wondering what he would say to that. Lots of girls in their house were like that. Always searching for a new face to mess with; to play with. What an interesting meeting this had turned out to be. She wondered just how long he would stick around. notes: <3333words: didn't checkoutfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

| J arrod smirked at Arya's response. "True," he said, looking down at his drink as he continued to grin at himself. He looked back up and grinned at her comment. "Well thank you my dear,"/b] Jarrod replied, bowing slightly in his chair and chuckling. Jarrod agreed with her and was glad that they saw eye-to-eye. It was hard enough getting to know people as it was, but lying and beating around the bush about things wasn't the way to do it properly. Jarrod fully intended to approach Arya on the mere fact that her appearance called to him, but now that their conversation was underway, he simply couldn't let her walk out of his life now. She was one of the realest people he had ever met and, with a reputation like his own, it was very unlikely to meet someone like her again.
"Well then you're much more polite than others, Arya," Jarrod said as he looked down at the table. Many people took his reputation seriously and walked away before he got the chance to explain himself, so spare him if he felt that her politeness was more than endearing. Jarrod reached up and grabbed the back of his neck as he looked back up at Arya with a grin. "Toying? With me? he asked with a laugh. Jarrod was thoroughly impressed by the fact that Arya managed to keep up with him in conversation. Her flirtatious nature, however, was going to get her into trouble. She was far too attractive to play with his emotions like that - Jarrod was practically stopping himself from reaching out to touch her, which he did and did not want to do. On the one hand, she was gorgeous, hands down and was a girl that Jarrod would have, at a previous time, pinned against a wall and kissed without permission. However, her personality was getting to him. She was the kind of girl he'd always wished to have met and never had - or at least, if he had, he had never been given the opportunity to know. Still, Jarrod bit his lower lip as he resisted his physical desires and took a deep breath. He met her eyes and grinned as he leaned into the table slightly, raising an eyebrow while asking softly, "If you're toying with me, then you must enjoy playing the game with me, hm?"

There was something about this boy that was keeping her in that very seat she sat in, instead of getting up and walking out the door. Arya didn't know what it was or why she even bothered sticking around. Any other day she would view the circumstance as a bad idea and pay no mind to the boy, but her urge to stay was stronger than her urge to leave. Oddly, she was finding herself enjoying his company. After everything she had heard of him and the fact she avoided him so long, it was confusing to her why she was giving him the time of day, but he seemed nice enough and he was interesting. Most people she talked to bored her. Unless of course they were her close friends or family. "Thank you? No need for the thanks. I'm just tired of the fake people that surround me every day in our house. I suppose..." She paused for a moment, looking at him with a blank expression. She couldn't just allow him to see that she was actually enjoying his company. That would boost his ego way too much. "It's nice to have someone that just acts like themselves instead of playing games."
His words brought a smile to her lips, something different than the blank stares and smirks. She was more polite than others, she knew that, but hearing it from someone and thinking it yourself was different. However, she couldn't quite fathom why it mattered that it was coming from him. As her eyes watched him, she tried her best to search for any sign that screamed run, but nothing came. All that came to mind was that he was more handsome than she initially thought. He had nice eyes, dark, but nice and his grin made her... Woah, wait. Shaking herself from her thoughts, she frowned again. Where did all that come from? She couldn't possibly think any of that. It would be absurd. Upon hearing his question, she smirked at him, forgetting all about her thoughts that should be there. Leaning forward, she tilted her head to the side, as her eyes stayed locked on his. "Wouldn't you like to know?" She teased, deciding to play along for a bit to see exactly how he might react. Maybe he would reveal something he didn't want her to see or know. notes: <3333words: didn't checkoutfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

J arrod was absolutely entranced by their conversation. It was a very rare occurrence when someone wrapped him around their finger but Arya was certainly circling her palm round and he found himself getting nearer to it. "I get that," he said with a nod. "Which is why I am the way I am. I can't take the...lying anymore," he revealed and looked down at the table. Jarrod might not have liked authority and stuck to his own path, but he wasn't a bad guy - not really, anyway. He just had been treated as such and so he acted as such. When people like Arya came around and gave him the time of day, were willing to see beyond the surface...well, they earned the right to see behind his dark eyes and find the light that lay within them. People like Arya were few and far between in Jarrod's world, which is why he was often deemed a very bad boy. As Arya leaned into the table, a smirk found its way onto Jarrod's face. Her words made him chuckle. "I'm just going to take that as a yes," he said and leaned back in his chair, looking at her across the table. This had turned out to be a very great introduction, indeed. Maybe it had started off...coldly, but even Jarrod couldn't have imagined Arya being the way she was. Not when she was so attractive, that is. Most attractive people, he found, were way too full of themselves - not Arya, though. Jarrod sighed and shook his head. "So can you just...just do me a favor?" he asked sincerely. Jarrod leaned forward into the table again and found her gaze, his eyes unable to leave her beautiful face. "Can you promise me something...or at least try to?"coded by amlin of gangnam style

Listening to his words, the corners of Arya's mouth turned down. So he wasn't truly such a bad guy? Was that what he was implying? It had seemed so by his word choice and the tone of his voice. It made her actually feel quite bad for him. She knew what it was like to form into something due to what you had been through. People judged her, so she started judging others without truly getting to know them. She didn't know what it was about him that made her change in that moment. Sure, for six years she had judged him just by what people had said, but now she was giving him the time of day. She was actually allowing herself to open her mind to someone she would have never talked to had he not have approached her. Clearing her throat, she gave him a sort of soft smile, something she usually didn't do. "Well, so far I haven't seen anything wrong with you. People are idiots." It was true. She was warming up to the boy and fast; so fast it actually scared her quite a bit. She never wanted to even be in the same room with him and now she was enjoying having a conversation with him. Rolling her eyes, she chuckled at Baddock's comment. "Sure, we'll go with that." She teased, now leaning a cheek in her hand as her eyes stayed focused on him. When he leaned forward, she dropped her hand, instincts telling her to move back again. But she didn't. Instead she stayed, her eyes keeping contact with his, wondering where this was about to go. "A favor?" She asked, her features showing confusion now. What kind of favor would he want from her? His tone was so sincere too, which was something she wouldn't have expected. This favor, or now promise as it seemed, must be serious. "Um, sure... yeah. What's up?" She asked him, her curiosity taking control of her thoughts and actions. Maybe she shouldn't have said yes without knowing what it was, but it couldn't be that bad. Could it? notes: <3333words: didn't checkoutfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK

J arrod laughed hard as she said people were idiots. "Arya Goyle, we have a lot more in common than I thought," he said with a chuckle. She was seriously great. The fact that she provoked an actual laugh out of him was indicative of that fact. Jarrod very rarely enjoyed himself so much as he was with her and that was a huge deal. Maybe he was taking it out of context though. Arya was a seemingly-nice girl - maybe she was just...being nice. Maybe she really didn't actually want to be there and was being as truthful about the situation as he was. That realization dawned on him and brought him to a level of insecurity that he'd never been to before. Sure, he had some issues as did everyone, but when you found people like Arya, you didn't want them to leave. The possibility that she just might sort of...it sort of broke him apart a bit. He didn't want her to go from his life so soon. When Arya accepted his asking of a favor, he hesitated. Jarrod looked away from her and toward another group of girls that were staring over at them. Any number of them knew of his reputation and were eager to see what he could do - what he was capable of. They liked the fact that he was a bad kid and that was a bad influence on him. He was a product of what people thought of him and that was hard to break from when you had people surrounding you that only had positive reactions to the negative parts of you. Jarrod knew he wasn't perfect - he was far from it, actually. If Arya had any intent on staying the beautiful person she was, then Jarrod should have warned her to leave him alone...to never speak to him again. But maybe it was because he was so bad that he knew he couldn't actually bring himself to get her to leave him. No, he was about to do the opposite. "Could you just...just not leave?" he asked, then shook his head and looked back to her. "I mean from my life." Jarrod clenched his fist and stood up and looked down at her, then emotionally fell. He closed his eyes, breathed, and sat back down. "I don't have people like you in my life, Arya. People are cruel and stupid and will do anything to get me to do the very things they're fearful of me to do...like idiots," he muttered and then sighed, leaning back in his chair and looking at her. "I sort of...I just sort of need you to not go anywhere."coded by amlin of gangnam style

Arya chuckled at Jarrod's comment, but she did somewhat agree with him. All this time she thought he was just this bad guy that all the girl's went after, yet some stayed away. She didn't know what to think now that she was actually getting to know him. He seemed sweet and funny. It was all confusing to her, considering what she had been told. But it really seemed to be an act, his bad boy attitude. Unless this niceness was an act and he was actually bad. She didn't know, but she liked to believe he was truly a good guy. She liked that side of him and didn't want him to let it go, no matter how people treated him or what they thought of him. "It seems so." She replied with a small smile before finally leaning back in her chair again. However, her eyes never once left him. "Wha-what?" Arya was suddenly confused by his words. He was asking her to not leave him, or is life actually. She had never been asked that before, and it was odd to her. When he stood suddenly, she jumped slightly, unsure of what was going on. He seemed so tense, like it was hard for him to ask of her. His words struck her hard, and she just stared at him for a moment, not knowing what to say to any of it. It wasn't bad or anything, she was just caught off guard; way off guard. Arya watched as he sat back down, still not completely sure what she should tell him. She had just met him after all, but something inside of her was urging her on to accept it, to keep such a promise. Something was telling her that the boy that seemed so tough, was actually more fragile than people thought him to be and he might need her. Pulling out of her state of shock, she instinctively reached across the table and took his hand in hers with a soft smile. This was all so new to her, but something sparked inside of her as their skin met; something reassuring her that she could be making the right decision. "I'm not going anywhere. I promise."notes: <3333words: didn't checkoutfit: clicky!tag: JARROD CHAIM BADDOCK
