It was after Christmas and time for Patricia to go back to work. She woke up at the usual time and drinked her coffee before she got ready and headed in. She was slammed with paper work that was on her desk when she came in the door. She spent half the afternoon working on it while other healers in her department worked on the patients that came in. This is what happened when you were head of a department. Finally she got the stack of papers down and was out on the floor seeing patients. She had just left one patients room and was looking at their chart and writing something on it when she bumped into someone. Oh I am so sorry she said looking up.
