There was a good reason why no normal guest of the Wicked Wand ever stayed on the lavish top floor of the hotel, but Vincent wasn't foolish enough to tell anyone that reason. The top floor was permanently reserved for member of the Black Army, with a extremely posh suite reserved for the Dark Lady herself. Vincent was well aware that the Dark Lady had her own domain, but he also knew there were and would be times when she needed use of the suite, and as with all the Black Army, especially the infamous Veltrino Family, he was willing to serve his evil Mistress at any moment.
Now was the time for this more than ever. The rescue of McGonagall hurt the Black Army and its secrecy a great deal. It was time for all of them to take necessary measures to bounce back and recover, and Vincent was prepared to do anything, even temporarily shut down his hotel, to accomplish this. Would it comes down to that? Vincent would learn that tonight when the Dark Lady arrived.

The Black Army had suffered a tremendous blow and Keira was furious about it. Whoever let the location of their headquarters slip was going to pay big time. The issue at hand, however, was not whoever gave them up, but where they were going to go from there. Thankfully, Keira had a lot of connections and was able to get a few of the Black Army members and herself a place to stay until they were able to find another location for their headquarters. One of her most invaluable resources, the Veltrino family, reserved the top floor of their hotel and casino for the Army, including a beautiful suite for Keira alone. She had to go alone, though, and have the rest of her members come secretly in the night after she arrived. Keira had been seen now and she had to lay low to not risk being captured. What made the Veltrino family more invaluable, and valued, is the fact that they knew this and still welcomed Keira with open arms. They were loyal, and would be very much rewarded for being so.
As she arrived, Keira sought out Vincent who was waiting for her. Nodding at him, she sighed. "Should we find somewhere more private, dear?" she asked, not turning her gaze from his.
Once Vincent saw Kiera arrive, he bowed reverently. The Dark Lady was the ONLY one he bowed too. He would not even bow to his own legendary ancestor Victoria Veltrino should her ghost ever find a way to escape the netherworld and pop in. The Dark Lady was quite alive though and with power that even the Veltrinos found incredible and intimidating. The Dark Lady was also the key to the family regaining the power Victoria lost when she was defeated all those centuries ago.
"Ah, our lovely Mistress," he said. "Welcome as always, and indeed all is prepared for you. And I assure you that the top floor will be quite protected and unreachable by any who have no business there." This was guaranteed via an enchanted classical lift, which only went to the top floor when Vincent or one of the other Veltrinos made an incantation. Otherwise it only went to every floor but. Opening the lift, he motioned for Kiera to enter. "Ladies first of course, my dear Mistress." Once she was to step in, he would follow and make the incantation. "I trust you'll be pleased with a bit of news I received from another in your ranks, a Ms. Morgaine Deluna. My prodigal daughter, Vanessa, has finally been located."
He was sure the Dark Lady would remember hearing of Vanessa and how she had so much potential as a dark witch before she tried to escape the wicked life ten years before.

Keira listened to him and then smirked, nodding. "Excellent. I am pleased to hear that," she answered, then watched as he opened the lift. She met his gaze, nodding as he allowed her first entry, then stood inside the lift and awaited him to join her. She perked up as Vincent continued, going on about his daughter Vanessa. "I'm glad she has been located - but does that mean she has been located and will join our ranks? Or located and we will need to ah....approach her on that matter?" she asked, waiting for him to join her in the lift and say the incantation. Keira knew that Vanessa was a powerful witch indeed and would be brilliant in the Army; they were going to need as many dark and powerful wizards, witches, and creatures as possible if they were going to overthrow the Ministry - especially now that they were of the disadvantage of not having a headquarters.
Vincent temporarily dropped his eerily cheerful disposition when The Dark lady about his daughter joining the Black Army when she was returned to them. In fact, his voice sounded quite grim.
"She will have no choice but to join us, my Mistress," he said. "Otherwise, those she has come to care for in this new life of hers will be made to suffer." He then smiled again as he made the secret incantation. Obvious Kiera was allowed to hear what it was, and more than allowed to use it herself to travel back and forth when she needed to.
"The room has been prepared to your specifications," he said as the lift went up. "I have a servant for you, placed under the Imperius Curse and forbidden to leave the top floor. He has been told to obey any and all of your wishes and to tell no one of your presence here."
The lift stopped and Vincent waited for Kiera to exit first. He then would walk with her to her room, offering her the key as they did so.
"My wife and I are of course at your service as well should you need us for anything," he added.

"No choice," she chimed. Keira thought about that for a moment, noting Vincent's change in expression. She didn't know whether she had faith that his daughter would, in fact, join them or not, but she would give him the benefit of the doubt. After all, he was doing his best. Was it enough? For his sake, she hoped so. "Very well," Keira said. As the lift went up, she turned to him and listened, nodding. "You've done well, Vincent - thank you," she said, grinning. "And I mean that," Keira winked. As she lift came to a stop, Keira exited it, listening to Vincent follow behind her. She took the key from him as they continued to walk, nodding. "You and your wife?" she mused. "Clever woman - I respect her...she's very lucky to have someone who goes to such lengths as you do," Keira said, stopping. She lined his jawbone with her ring finger softly, staring into his eyes as she did so. "Very lucky," she whispered, then let her hand fall and continued toward her room.

Cole Lorick Pierce, full vampire and member of the Black Army strode into the Wicked Wand. Upon his shoulder his beloved pet Lithium, the black raven was his constant companion His sharp green eyes darting around the lobby briefly before he moved to sit in an arm chair. He had heard the whispers of someone spilling the location of the Army's headquarters, such news had him livid. Traitors within the army would most certainly not be tolerated by The Dark Lady. Once found out their punishment would no doubt be fierce. Giving his head a light shake Cole drew a slow breath into his lungs, calm. "Lets see who's here shall we Lithium?" He mused to the raven and lightly smoothed his hand across her feathers.

The wink, the touch. Vincent could not lie and say he didn't enjoy it. The Dark Lady was extremely beautiful after all, and Vincent had a liking for younger women. Having a wife quite younger than himself was proof of that. He wasn't sure what Kiera was getting at with that, but he was not one to protest given even in his grand position as one of the richest men in the wizarding part of London and the direct descendant of one of the most powerful dark witches in history. At the end of the day, he was a minion of the Dark Lady.
"I am most flattered by your kind words, Mistress," he said. "My wife and I are both most fortunate to be in your service and graced by your approval of our work."
When they arrived at the door, Vincent stood aside and allowed Kiera to open it. He would not step a foot inside until she permitted it.
"And speaking of our work, I have been getting into the ears of a few of my... friends in the Ministry," he said. "Despite Minister Malfoy's latest efforts to snuff out infiltration in the Ministry, I doubt he'll figure out what is going on beneath his very nose."
(Cole- Not sure how you can come up to the top floor w/o the incantation unless Kiera had Vincent come retrieve you.)

Keira thought Vincent was very handsome and enchanting, but musing on it further decided she did not want his company in that matter that night. Emotions fueled her anger and her anger was already peaking due to the loss of their headquarters. She simply shrugged it off as he followed her to her room, letting him turn over her flirtations in his mind. It was better to leave it to the imagination - that night, at least. Keira turned as they reached the door to her room and she leaned back against the door, tilting her head up as she listened to his words. "The Minster is a fool and will soon be proven thusly," she quipped, a sneer forming across her lips. "Oh but I forgot - Mr. Pierce will be joining me this evening. Will you escort him up once he's arrived?" Keira asked, knowing that of course he would do so. Vincent always did as she asked without qualms - and it was that fact that made Keira grin at him with sincerity in that moment.
