Viona was walking about the woods that students were allowed to go into, a good ways from the Forbidden Forest. She was snacking on some grapes and thinking about this and that, just the usual things the somewhat eccentric girl thought of. She was looking over some unusual flowers when suddenly she heard a noise. She looked over and beamed. It was Boldfeather, the young Hippogriff Hagrid had introduced to her last year. She stepped over, but then stopped and did the traditional greeting. She bowed politely, then Boldfeather returned the bow and approached her. He recognized Viona and knew she was a kind girl. Once the formalities were taken care of, she smiled at pet him.
"Hello, Boldfeather," she said. "Lovely seeing you out and about to day, though I hope your family is nearby." The Hippogriff studied her a bit and she laughed. "I'm afraid I have no ferrets for you, just grapes and I don't think you like those. Let's walk about though. Maybe Hagrid is around."
Boldfeather tilted his head as she walked, then began to walk with her.
