I don't see why not~ Jasper was Captain of the Hufflepuff team, so River could probably give him grief about that. (His biggest regret is that they won nothing. D'
But, totally. Jasper gets a certain amount of free tickets for his friends and family per game, so I can totally see him sending one to River, especially with his love for Quidditch. Yaaas for being friends. XD Jasper needs more~
