So as everyone has noticed, End of Term Examinations are officially underway. The last day for you to get your exams in is the 25th of January, so please get them done as soon as possible. Here are some things to note:
- You only need to complete exams for classes that your character is on the class roster in. If you didn't sign up for a class, you don't have to do that exam...obviously.
- IF YOUR CHARACTER IS SIGNED UP FOR CLASSES, your character has to complete all of the exams for every class signed up for in order to 'graduate' to the next year or graduate from Hogwarts altogether. Missing even one exam will make your character stay in the year they are in.
- IF YOUR CHARACTER IS NOT SIGNED UP FOR CLASSES, your character does not have to complete any exams to graduate to the next year. Your character will still go up to the next year as they technically completed exams (because we do not make registering for a minimum number of classes a requirement, so it is not required to do any kind of exam to graduate unless you actually signed up for the class.)
- IF YOUR CHARACTER WAS ACCEPTED FROM NOVEMBER TO NOW, please fill out the following code and post it in this thread. This is to ensure that characters who were recently accepted and want to stay in that year can, and those who want to progress to the next year or out of school can do that as well. If your character was accepted in the month of November, December, or January and you do not fill out this code and repost it here, I will assume that the character wants to progress in year and will make that change when we change student years out.
