HISTORY:

Sarah Jane is the eldest daughter of Seamus Finnigan and Lavender Brown. Sarah however, was far from the normal baby. Even as a newborn Sarah had her visions. However, it wasn't until she was four years old that she found out how to express it to her family. She told her mother first, and at first the woman thought the child was simply playing pretend. It wasn't until Sarah told her mother and she was going to burn the nights meal and catch the curtain on fire that Lavender started to believe her. Seamus was just as apprehensive at first but once they accepted it, they were thrilled to have such a special daughter. Sarah grew up as normally as any young seer could. Her sister knew about her gifts as well and was always asking if she could predict the latest Quidditch scores, that was one thing Sarah hated about the gift.   Sarah grew up close to the Potter and Weasley clan due to her dad being good friends with Harry, Ron and Hermione. She likes just about all of the kids and obviously, she and James became best friends. Upon arriving at Hogwarts, Sarah was sorted into Gryffindor house and made a close group of Gryffindor friends all centered around James Potter. Sarah slid by her early years at the school unnoticed by many except her friends and as a quite little girl who had to excuse her self in the middle of classes more than any other student would have to. She was used to rumors about why she missed a lesson or why she late or had to leave early. Her gifts were a secret that she wasn't quite ready to have spread all over the school.

Sarah was given the Seer Ability by her great aunt (the sister to Lavenders’ Mother) who was also a seer but most people thought she was a fraud and insulted her. That is another reason why Sarah hasn’t let anyone know about what she sees, even though most of it comes true exactly how she sees it. She gets visions frequently. About 3 to 5 a month. Some of them show little things like someone falling off a rock or a kiss between two unlikely people. But every now and then, she can see larger events (for example, it could have been said that she would have predicted the bombing of the University but didn’t tell anyone).

She's great! Just a quick couple of things
1. There's bits of her history that sound more like her personality and the present day. " She’s 17 years old, feisty, fun-loving, brave, and of course, loyal of her friends and family." That's been covered in the basics and it sounds like that would be better fit under personality. I'm okay with describing how her seer powers work since thats been always past and now type of thing, but the other present days in the first paragraph, please change. Furthermore, mentioning James as a future thing still doesn't qualify as history. It'd be different if she were dating him now, but since she isn't, please take that out.
2. It mentions a lot about her seer abilities, but never how she discovered them. Did she have them while she was a baby and grew up with it? When did her family figure that out? Giving her that type of ability means putting those type of details in as they are pretty important.
Change those couple of things and she'll be good to go
