LIKES:
Reading- A book can be a person’s best weapon, he believes knowledge is power and what better place to get knowledge than from a book?
Scheming- Justin likes to occupy his time planning to downfall of those that make themselves his enemy. It’s gotten him where his at now, so he figures it’s a valuable hobby.
Family- Justin’s family is the most important thing to him and while at times he might not show it he would do anything for them.
DISLIKES:
Laziness- Justin feels that a lazy person is not worth his time and will not talk to someone who blames others for their misfortune. While he understands that some things are inevitable just accepting that without trying to prove it other wise irks him.
Weakness- Justin has a hunger for power and that leaves no room for weakness. He believes that weakness will mess up everything he'sworked hard for. Also that showing weakness will make his family disappointed him, how can you be a big brother and protector of two sisters if you're weak.
Cats- Justin has a Guinea Pig named Travis, Cats eat Rodents and he doesn't like there attides enough said.
BIGGEST FEAR: losing his family
Justin cares for his family so much, they’re the only ones he’d let see the true him. He’d shed the Slytherin mask he wears and he doesn’t know what he’d do if they weren’t around. He feels as if they ground and stop him from becoming to power hungry.
PERSONALITY:
Loyal- Justin’s the type to support those he cares about no matter how wrong or right they maybe. He’d cover for you until you betray him.
Hardworking- Justin gives his all to everything it does whether it’s climbing the career ladder or politically tearing someone to pieces. He didn’t get where he was just on good looks.
Successful- Justin always achieves what he sets out to, regardless of the complexity of the goals.
Proud- This is something that could probably be his downfall. He has a lot to be proud of and wont ask people for help. He’d rather work on his problems his own, even if he needs help or is unsure he’s to proud to ask for help.
Determined- Of course with being young there comes the fear No word and no matter how many times he’s been told this he never gave up.

Anya Juliet Higgs- Anya is Justin’s seventeen year old sister, whose in Hufflepuff, he cares about her a lot however they get into disagreements over him overshadowing her. He wants to show her that she doesn’t have to live up to him but he’s been busy with work at the ministry. He doesn’t care about the fact that she is a Hufflepuff her loves her anyway
Carina Elle Higgs- Carina is his youngest sister and a Slytherin is probably his favorite. Not that he’ll actually admit it. He was quite happy when she joined him in Slytherin .
HISTORY:
Justin Higgs was the first child born to Terrance and Mariette Higgs. Both proud parents welcomed their child into the world happily. He was an only child for two years before his sister Anya came into the picture, and was glad to assume to big brother role. Although over the years he and his sister became a bit estranged as Justin was always in the spotlight. Without meaning to Justin set the standards Terrance and Mariette had for their children high. When he was four his parent shad another child however much to his dismay it was another girl. Justin was an ambitious child from the start whether it was trying to ride a bike before he was five or simply finishing a chapter book way past his reading level he set out to accomplish it. The most exciting day from his was his first bout of accidental magic, which was used to get a book he shouldn’t be reading off the shelf.
The second greatest day of his life was receiving his Hogwarts letter. He was so eager to use magic and become the best he almost forgot to say good bye to his family. His years at school consisted of learning all he could and getting better grades the Ravenclaws so he could have an important job at the ministry. With his newt scores exceptionally high and with recommendation from his teacher upon graduation he was recruited for the department of mysteries in the death research division. He still hasn’t old his family exactly what he does just that he has a well-paying job at the ministry. Justin didn’t have time during school to have a girlfriend so when he was eighteen the subject was new to him. His first girlfriend left him heartbroken and someone only look for a couple of hook ups here and there. He accepts that one day he’ll have to slow down he just prefers to focus on his career and get his funds in order before he starts looking to settle down.
