HISTORY:
Dmitri Yerzov was born into the wealthy, higher class pureblood family, the mighty Yerzovs. The Yerzov's go back centuries in Russian history and are a very well known family in the pureblood history. Viktor Yerzov was one horrible man, people feared him and he dealt in the dark arts business, also being a big supporter of Lord Voldermort and being a former death eater. After the demise of the Dark Lord, he along with the other surviving death eaters went into hiding and married his childhood sweetheart from his Slytherin days at Hogwarts. Gabriella Gartok was a beautiful young girl and the daughter of a very rich pureblood family, more the reason Viktor married her. They soon had a child, Dmitri, who was the pride and joy of the couple. Dmitri was to be brought up with love and protection, but to be taught the pureblood values and be disciplined well. Dmitri enjoyed his childhood, he was loved and pretty much got everything he wanted and asked for and was spoilt rotten. Dmitri was also taught to respect the pureblood values, that muggleborns and halfbloods were below him and the pureblood race and that they must be treated differently and must not be respected. As much as he and his younger brother were loved and cared for they were brought up to respect there parents, do as they were told and to pretty much to be seen and not heard a lot of the time. Viktor worked a lot of the time away in Russia, it being no secret to Gabriella he was not being faithful, but he paid for her glamorous life style and kept her and her kids well.
Dmitri was always a little trouble maker, even as a child. He usually made his little brother take the blame for all the things he done wrong and just made the poor boy do all sorts of things for his entertainment. Dmitri soon fell into the whole pureblood way of thinking as a child, always being quite a snob of a child. Dmitri hated his Father being away so much, so would play up a lot for his Mother, hoping she would just ring him and tell him he must come home. Dmitri soon got his letter for Hogwarts and was over the moon, he went to get all his supplies with his Mother, all of which obviously had to be the best and top of the range. He got an owl, the best broomstick available, all the books, a wand and lots of other stuff that were not even on the list. He was excited to leave the family home and go off and do his own thing. Dmitri didn't know what he wanted to grow up to be, but all he knew was that he wanted to be powerful and in control.
