HISTORY: Zoey and Anthony were born to their parents as the third and fourth children of their family early on an April morning. Anthony had been expected but Zoey had been a surprise not only to her family but to the doctors as well. Growing up they had all the love and attention they could ever need. Though there were differences in how Zoey and her brother acted and grew compared to their older brother and sister. Strange things always seemed to happen around them. And, there was something different about them that no one really understood until the twins turned eleven years old.
On their eleventh birthday the brother and sister got an unexpected visitor from Hogwarts. No one in their family was really sure about what Hogwarts was how it worked, or where the twins would be going off to. But all of their family was excited for them except for their older brother who was jealous that the twins always got the attention. When it came time to say good bye for the year Zoey couldn’t wait to get on the train, but when she saw all the people on platform nine and three quarters she half hid behind Anthony fallowing him with a slight bounce in her step.
The two twins stayed together until the sorting hat called Anthony’s name. As he had seen others before him do he went and sat on the stool as the hat was placed on his head. “GRIFFINDOR!” it yelled. Now it was Zoey’s turn she shyly stood in front of all the other students as the hat was placed on her head as she longingly looked towards her brother. But the hat did not utter the same word as it had with her brother. “Hufflepuff” it yelled instead. Fear filled the small girl as she walked to the table with all the cheering students who seemed happy to have a new member in their house. Over the years being in separate houses put space between the two twins and slowly they stopped spending as much time together making Zoey feel alone yet content with herself.
