HISTORY:
The Deluna family are from an ancient Italian clan. They emigrated to England some three generations ago, and brought their vast wealth with them. Their family home is in the country, but they also own a residence in London, and one in Hogsmeade, where Morgaine now lives. Her childhood was a mixture of carefree frollicking and indoctrination into the Dark Arts, both of which she remembers fondly. Being the eldest, she was treated to a full six years of spoiling before her younger sister came along and ruined everything, a fact she has never forgotten.
She passed her final exams at Hogwarts with flying colours, then proceeded to turn down any job offers that came her way unreservedly in favour of starting her own business, with family gold and contacts, of course. Throughout her school career, she studied hard, not only in the subjects she took, but a whole variety of arts in the magical world, some at school, others at her father's library. He himself taught her wandless magic and occlumency shortly after she graduated, skills she generally keeps quiet about. When she was nineteen, she had a passionate affair with a certain someone, which ended badly and left her bitter and even more determined to preserve her independence. She grew quite close with her youngest sister, Isolde, when family dramas became too much for the youngster to bear, but they have since drifted apart somewhat.
Morgaine discovered in her second year of business that she could very easily make people think she was a close friend, whilst caring nothing for them and remaining largely unaffected by their anger and tears if she was ever found out. She has since decided that her main interest in life is wealth, a fact her father is very proud of. Her mother remains, as always, unimpressed.
