BIGGEST FEAR: Ciro's biggest fear is to be irrelevant in the sight of his father, and the wizarding world in general.
PERSONALITY: Ciro generally appears to be charming and polite, but that facade can be easily broken, revealing him to be manipulative and almost Machiavellian; especially towards those who support interaction between magical persons and muggles. Though he does not exhibit this negetive attitude towards the general public he does ultimately feel this way.
His lack of exhibition of this trait is solely based on his political mindset. Ciro is very politically savy and desires to one day become Minister For Magic. He often times surrounds himself with the company of important political and non political figures to ensure this dream will one day become a reality.
Ciro has been noted for being reserved, stealthy, and poweful in stature and tone. Though Ciro often times reserves himself in social settings when he does speak he speaks with both an acedemic tone and power. He is noted for useing big words and name dropping. Ciro prides himself on his knowledge of a rare art and his intelligence in general.

HISTORY: The late October evening was cold, dreary, and wet in the Northern England wizarding village of Little Hangleton. All was quiet and still throughout the village except for inside of the home of the Carrado family.
The Carrado family; particularly the patriarch Ciro, was a very well known, liked, and influential family throughout the international wizarding community. And on this miserable October evening they were expecting their first child; a boy to be named Ciro Antonio Carrado Jr. after his father. After several intensive hours of labor his mother finally gave birth successfully which lead to a small celebration within the village.
Growing up in the Carrado house was no easy task, but it certainly was always interesting and fun for the most part. Ciro junior’s father was eventually promoted to head of the Department of International Magical Cooperation which lead to the family always being in the spotlight. Ciro Junior loved this lifestyle and thrived on the attention that was always provided to him through his father’s coattails. This was even the case while at Hogwarts.
Shortly after arriving at Hogwarts Ciro immediately immersed himself with the company of other influential witches and wizards kids (especially those in Ravenclaw with him) as well as influential staff members. He quickly became known as a no nonsense type of guy when it came to his studies. He was especially gifted in potions, defensive magic, and transfiguration and was often sought out as a tutor in such subjects.
Ciro flourished and excelled in both academics and in social standings at Hogwarts until one tragic event changed his life forever. He always prided himself on his families reputation and stature within the wizarding community and dedicated himself to his studies and social interactions in fear of failing his father. So the lifestyle of an influential politician was an important part of who Ciro Junior was as a young wizard. This wasn’t the case for his mother however.
While on summer leave from his third year at Hogwarts Ciro caught his mother having an affair with a muggle man. This outraged Ciro Junior to the point where he cursed both his mother and the muggle man for their transgression. This of course lead to the immediate intervention of the Ministry for Magic as well as his father learning of the situation. Ciro senior was able to sweep his son’s actions under the rug but took a huge hit at work. He also fell into a deep depression which lead to Ciro senior murdering both his wife and the muggle man that destroyed his family and tarnished his career and reputation. This of course lead to his immediate incarceration in Azkaban prison and Ciro junior’s life as an orphan.
After returning to Hogwarts things were not the same. His social status declined severely and he became the butt of most student jokes and talk. Though few remained friendly towards Ciro he was set solely on academics and defining himself as a powerful and capable wizard. This attitude lead to Ciro becoming more of a recluse with little social interaction with witches and wizards his own age. He also had developed a strong hatred towards muggles, muggle borns, half bloods, and anyone who supported a tolerance towards these individuals.
As Ciro progressed in Hogwarts so did his knowledge of many magical subjects. He eventually became extremely dangerous in potions, non-verbal magic, and both defensive and offensive magic. But these talents did not even come close to his talent for wand lore or the understanding of the magic concerning wands. Because of this Ciro became an extremely dangerous duelist. He was often compared to a young Severus Snape; most of which comparisons were meant in a negative and fearful tone.
After graduation from Hogwarts Ciro left England and apprenticed for a wand maker by the name of Legemuis Harrlow in Northern Ireland. He spent a number of years with the wand lore master while at the same time establishing a relationship with the Ministry For Magic. By the age of thirty five Ciro had established himself as a reputable and highly sought after source concerning wand lore and other forms of magic. Even though his father’s name proved to be a hindrance on Ciro’s reputation the Ministry still offered him a position inside of the Department of Mysteries as an Unspeakable who specialized in wand lore and other forms of magic.
After five years in this position Ciro had become a very influential member of the Ministry and this lead to his promotion on his fortieth birthday to Senior Undersecretary to the Minister For Magic. He gladly accepted the position and has since been in the position.
