HISTORY: miss nataliah amelia valvok was born on September 1st, 2006 to mr. aleksandr charles valvok and mrs. milena nikole valvok at midnight in moscow, russia. the youngest child of the couple, nataliah has two older siblings; dmetri and anastasia. born into a family line of werewolves, nataliah has learned from a young age that respect and loyalty to her family is the upmost importance in her life. her father aleksandr has been a werewolf all his life with his family line accepting new blood every day. her mother milena was a pureblood witch whose family disowned her after her marriage to aleksandr and her transformation into a she-wolf.
unlike her older siblings, father, and her father's side of the family; nataliah is not a werewolf despite being born with the wolf gene. however, she has continued her mother's magical legacy as a witch. something that her father's family line had rarely encountered before until milena had joined the pack by choice. due to her wand magic capabilities, nataliah has been considered to be a bit of an outcast when it comes to the majority of her family pack. although her parents, siblings, and grandparents are supportive of her, her uncles, aunts, and cousins do not. those that do not support her have stated that they will only accept her when and if she receives the mark of the wolf. something that her parents, siblings, and both sets of grandparents up in arms for very different reasons.
her mother's parents for the past several years have tried their best to gain full custody of nataliah for reasons only known to her parents and grandparents. milena's parents have gone as far as taking matters to both the russian and british ministries of magic stating that it is not proper for a young child; a witch at that, to be around such violent and unpredictable creatures. after finding out that nataliah did not display the wolf-gene but instead witch abilities; her mother's parents were granted partial-custody of nataliah much to the dismay of her parents. it was through her mother's family line that nataliah had received a letter from hogwarts. armed with the knowledge that her mother's parents had some custody over her due to her witch abilities, she opted to attend the school.
upon the night of her arrival at age eleven; nataliah was sorted into slytherin based upon the facts that she had a thirst to prove herself in the eyes of both sides of her family. she spent much of her first year trying her hardest to please her pureblood grandparents with her magic while showing her aunts, uncles, and cousins that she was not a waste of space. this streak had continued up until her fourth year where nataliah had finally learned that every little thing that she tried to please her family with was not acknowledge nor would it ever be acknowledge due to them being stuck in their old set ways. it was during is year; her fourth year that she had decided to finally be herself and turn her back on what she had tried to be.
now in her seventh and final year at hogwarts; nataliah has grown into a fine young lady. although she does hold quite a rebellious streak. surviving through her pureblood grandparents battle for full custody; nataliah is now able to claim herself as an independent in the wizarding world. something is she greatly glad for. despite that being a winning battle in her life; nataliah's future is still undecided as she will soon have to choose whether to carry on as a normal witch or take the mark of the wolf that a great deal of her family longs for her receive.
