HISTORY:
Dianne Paige Summers was born on a cold winter night in january. Her parents loved her as the child they never could have gotten. It took the parents years to try and get one, and finally the angels heard their call. Dianne was born and she was a special child. Her father was a ministry worker, not that high but still he worked at the ministry. Between shifts of mom and dad, she got raised by Lilianne Summers or like Dianne liked to call her grangran. Her parents weren't the rich people like they wanted to be, so they her mother took extra shifts at St. Mungo to pay for the bills, and her father was at the Department of Mysteries, where he had night shifts but also early shifts. To try to get the best for their child, they started to work extra hours. All to get the money for having a child, but also to support her into everything. These hours of hard work took the tool. They wanted a child, but they also needed the money, and so in between the hours when she saw her father. Took the love from him and the lessons from her mother, she was raised by Lilianne. The other reason her parents weren't there or that at least her grandma was babysitting her, was because Lilianne was a strict person, but also a powerful and strong female with lots of knowledge. Both in social as in magical way. Someone she could learn a lot of. Lilianne was grandma Summers, who spend her time teaching Dianne every sort of stuff. Years passed by as grandma Summers taught Dianne magic, everything about herbs and flowers. Dianne was still young but she liked the days she spend with grangran in the gardens. It was a special place full of different smells and flowers. Those times were the best and she had a second mother. Learning the different ways, but also to have respect for elderly people, to be kind and all the other etiquette lessons.
A few years later the owl came. A letter for Hogwarts. She liked it very much and she went shopping with her grandma. Her mother couldn't be there when she had to leave with the train, but her grandma was there and she was like a mother for her. When the sorting ceremony happened, Dianne got into the same house as her grandmother and father. The house of loyalty and strength. She got sorted into Gryffindor. She met a few good friends in that year, and her affinity for flowers, made it easy for her with Herbology. The stuff that her grandma taught her helped those years in Hogwarts. Dianne wasn't a girl that was that popular. She had her friends, and she liked to spend her times in the greenhouses, looking at the flowers, and if she wasn't there she was with her friends at the DADA Club. She didn't like Dark Arts, so everything that she could learn, she needed that club for that. Years passed by as she went from year to year. No boyfriend all those years, something that her friends started to talk about, but she never had a person were she could share her love with. She had a date for the balls, it was always the same guy she was also tutoring for Herbology. It was a subject she liked, and if she could help someone with it why not. So year after year she got closer to her friends, but also learning new friends, new information about magic, but her love for Herbology was always the strongest of all the subjects. It wasn't a big surprise for the teacher that when she did the exam of Herbology that she scored a O and 100% on the test. Her other subjects were ok. She got a O for Charms, and a E for DADA and Potions. She wasn't a star in the rest of the subjects but she passed, and that was all that mattered.
After her graduation, she spend time working in a shop. She didn't find her spot, so the only option was for now to work in a shop. It took her two years and a bad news to change her future and her life again. Those two years she worked as a shop assistant when she got news that her grandma was in the hospital. She took the last few days off, as she stayed with her grandma till the end. The last words of her grandma took her step to change her future. "Dianne, follow your heart, your passion for flowers is more then anyone could have. Be proud of who you are." and with that, grandma Summers closed her eyes and passed away. Dianne was heart-broken, she lost her second mom, but she understood what she said, and when she heard there was a spot open for Herbology professor, she took the step to teach it, and help the students as Gryffindor HoH.
