LIKES: Running, reading, books, the forest, thinking, serenity, finding a quiet place, being in control of herself, just being and acting as herself, fresh air.

BIGGEST FEAR: Not having the ability to control herself or her actions and losing her 'core self' for any period of time.
PERSONALITY:
Reserved- Camellia isn't going to come out and volunteer any information about herself on a whim no matter who it is she's speaking to. Amongst her friend she can be found observing, offering comments which are few and far between when necessary. In her, though, this shouldn't be taken by someone to perceive her as passive and willing to let the world pass her by. Camellia instead looks to express herself through her actions a bit more than she does through her words. Her reservation is brought to be contradicted a bit in the event that someone she is close to is brought into an unsavory circumstance, as she will fight tooth and nail in order to protect them. Camellia's reservation mostly stands only in overly social environments.
Cold- Camellia isn't necessarily cold and snappy, but rather presents a bit of a cool persona towards outsiders who simply refuse to understand anything pertaining to her or her family. This is mostly represented through chilling glares and sharp tongued insults directed at anyone who feels the need to express insulting comments at her life experiences or circumstances. She more prefers to set out an unfriendly aura in order to direct her oh-so-friendly classmates from feeling the need to come up to her and make any attempts to socialize.
Defiant- Camellia doesn't do all that well with being ordered about as if her only purpose is to be a puppet for someone's entertainment. Therefore, her most likely reaction when someone asked her to turn right would be to turn in the opposite direction instead, just to show them that they don't hold any power over her. Therefore, this also attributes to Camellia having a bit of an issue with most or basically any authority figures who feel as if it is their right to order her about, without any contradiction from her. However, if questioned on her motives she will, of course, reply with quite a fair amount of bite behind her 'bark.'
Contemplative/Calculating- Camellia is a rather large fan of thinking things through, thoroughly, whenever she has the possibility to do so. What she ponders over isn't necessarily about anything all that important. Camellia simply enjoys the pleasure of having the ability to sit back, possibly put her feet up and have nothing more to concern her except the winsome fluttering of her thoughts - however less than joyful they may be at times. However, Camellia does take opportunities to ponder though various situations that may arise with a need for action in the future, in what may resemble a bit of a paranoid manner - despite the circumstances under which she was raised.
Loyal- Above all things, Camellia is loyal to those close to her who are deserving of it, a bit in the manner of a dog being loyal to it's family, though not by much. She is extraordinarily protective of those in her close [favored] family, as well as her closer circle of friends. Camellia also values loyalty greatly and expects whomever she contributes her loyalty to to in the very least respect and acknowledge it. Being so closed off and cold not many people will be on the recieving end of her loyalty. The people subjected to this, however, are the people whom have the greatest likely for her to grace them to talk to and socialize with the most. Furthermore, Camellia's loyalty entails protection, when possible for her to contribute it, and depending on the necessity for it, as well as an ear for secrets which will remain a secret due to the importance of loyalty to her.
Intellectual- What's the most important thing to have while thinking up your very own cunning, conniving schemes? A little bit of intelligence to back you up. Camellia has that, though in just a bit of a different manifestation [not that she doesn't use it well in that manner, too]. Camellia enjoys pursuits of the mind, may it be solving the occasional riddle or having her nose stuck in a book whenever possible. This isn't something that she openly advertises due to her upbringing and its potential to be perceived as unnecessary or a weakness. She finds enjoyment in discovering things that may eventually prove to be useful to her, be it more advanced spells or simply a fact that might aid in weaseling her out of a sticky situation.
Perceptive/Nervous- Camellia isn't nervous in the conventional manner, she is instead more hyper aware of her surroundings and the temperaments of those around her. She watches her back more often than not in order to have the ability to be able to have an inkling of a lead on anything that may happen. Camellia remedies this more or less unknowingly through observing the movements of those around her - perhaps detecting a nervous twitch of an eye on a good day. She has a more of an expect the unexpected philosophy, however much she attempts to keep a keen awareness on her surroundings. This nervousness does not mean that Camellia spends her life looking over her shoulder, however.

MOTHER: Mercii Joncas (halfblood - werewolf - deceased)
FATHER: Fenrir Greyback (halfblood - werewolf)
SIBLINGS:
* Three other half siblings, who each have different mothers than each other and share the last name 'Greyback.'
HISTORY: Camellia Aerilyn Greyback was born the first and only child of the combination of genetics including her mother; Mercii Joncas, and her rather infamous father; Fenrir Greyback. She was, however, the second child born to Fenrir Greyback of his four total children. Camellia was born within the compound, or rather small community of sorts which housed her father's pack of werewolves. Her mother was her primary caretaker, the one who named her, though she did end up taking her father's last name as per his insistence [and no one truly wanted to cross him]. Her upbringing was quite a bit more harsh than the raising and rearing of the average young witch or wizard. Her mother was well enough and they were quite close in Camellia's younger years, as her mother was more or less her sole protector from the rest of the pack.
Despite the harsh reality of life within the pack, Camellia's life was at the very least content. She kept to herself while only coming into contact with her half siblings, and a few of the other young pups. However, in the werewolf pack that she had been born into, stability didn't last all that long. At the age of eight it seemed as if the simpler, early aspect of Camellia's life had passed. Perhaps halfway through to her ninth birthday her mother was killed in what she was lead to believe was a mild scuffle between a few of the adult werewolves that had been transformed that night due to the full moon. An event that Camellia and the rest of the young pups had not beared witness to as they were kept in a main cabin, due to the fact that they hadn't begun shifting yet. At such a wholly young age Camellia didn't question her father, whom she still looked at as if he had hung the moon himself. More or less. She didn't have the reason to question her father's statement at the time, or his motives.
Perhaps a year after the death of her mother, at nearly ten years old Camellia experienced her first full transformation into a werewolf, a process she was not completely prepared of, even with her rather extensive knowledge of it. The transformation was horrifying, running with the fully grown werewolves who didn't care whether or not any of the transforming pups would return from their first run. The only thing that gave her even a bit of clout was her status as the daughter of the alpha of the pack. However, it went well enough as Camellia returned alive, with scratches, only a few of which led to the littlest of scarring. It was much better that some of the other members of the pack made out considering the wildness of all of them. Camellia had decided that she hated that part, one of the only times that she transformed without the Wolfsbane Potion and completely lost herself when the instincts of the wolf took over her actions.
Thankfully, Camellia survived to see her Hogwarts days. It wasn't much of a question when the second eldest Greyback pup received her acceptance letter to Hogwarts. Well, unless you considered how much one must look down at her father for his entire wild, rabid werewolf characteristics. Despite the fact that Camellia had been demonstrating little burst of magic throughout her years it still provided a greatly needed breath of relief, as the young girl wouldn't have wanted to truly know her father's reaction if she hadn't ended up recieving her letter. He was already bad enough with any sort of punishments, or even straight out cruelty, over all of the littlest mistakes. The possibility of escape from the constant eyes of the pack was also a promising circumstance. Even when the young pups went to Diagon Alley, with the supervision of an adult from the pack, to pick up their supplies for that year at Hogwarts [during which time Camellia purchased her owl, robes, books, and other supplies] was a welcome vacation.
The remainder of time passing before Camellia's arrival at Hogwarts seemed to drag on as the newly minted eleven year old girl waited with anticipation. Once she boarded the train, however, it was as if some sort of invisible weight the young girl had been unknowingly carrying had been lifted off her shoulders - as if she was finally free. Later that evening the sorting hat was placed upon the young werewolf girl's head, sliding to land with it's edge just obscuring her eyes as it contemplated in her head. Laying the merits of each house until only Slytherin and Ravenclaw were the remaining options. Camellia listened to that hat and, perhaps, begged a bit to be placed into Slytherin, as it was the choice of her father. Anything to please her father, as long as he was content, life was good. Therefore, few heartbeats later the blond eleven year old gave a broad grin, returned the hat and trotted over to take her new seat at the Slytherin table.
Camellia's first year to be spent at Hogwarts was spent with the entire year at the school, avoiding returning home. The young pup spent a good span of time with her nose buried in a book and a quill in her hand, making the most of her education and chance to learn more than the instincts of the wolf. It was also the first year she was able to make use of the Wolfsbane Potion and the Shrieking Shack. To the young witch the year ended well as she was able to retain her mind through her transformations, and make the most of the year, despite most of the other students being at least a bit wary of her due to her parentage.
The following years passed much the same as her first year at Hogwarts, however, within her third year she learned the truth about her mother's death, despite how vague it may have been, and the scarce details of it. An elder member of the pack, a soon to be graduating seventh year informed her of it, having been present when the transformed werewolf beast that was her father had killed her mother. Her fellow pack mate and student had described it to her, believing that she should have known the truth in some capacity. Over the next year Camellia tried to rationalize the actions her father took, him being her only remaining parent. Despite her attempts though, she knew better than to throw it off, as her father, being him, retained at least some control, enough to determine and know it was her mother who he had been attacking. She came, eventually to the conclusion that it must have been premeditated and he must have known about it.
And yet she kept her facade, retaining her newly discovered great dislike for her father to herself and continuing to thrive though the next few years at school. Camellia passed her O.W.Ls well, spending a great deal of time through the years studying, without the worries of an all overwhelming social status to uphold. She focused on learning different spells and potions that could possibly, somehow, help her in the future. After all, she did not plan on remaining in her father's pack for the rest of her life. During the vacations she returned home and the summers she returned home she focused on keeping an eye out for her friends amongst her fellow younger members of the pack, and the scarce ones she retained among the older ones. In her second to last year at Hogwarts though Camellia waits with bated breath to be able to lead her own life and make something of her self. With a bit of additional hours spent locked up in her dormitory with a book. Or the library.
