HISTORY:
Of all the names bestowed upon offspring through the ages Michael and Sandra Corner chose to label their son Adonis. Why? The boy has asked himself that same question for the past seventeen years, and has come up with only one somewhat reasonable explanation. He believes his father doesn't fancy common names, as the man was tagged with one of the most used names ever. At least that is what what Donny, he prefers the nickname over his given name, tells himself. 'Cause according to the mirror there isn't much beauty going on.
Since his birth, which is celebrated every May thirteenth, Donny has lived as normal a life as any Pureblood child could. He had toy broomsticks, collected Chocolate Frog cards, pretended to be Minister of Magic, a famous Quidditch player, or even a renegade wizard. Donny never felt anything but love and support from his family, nor did he ever have to live in fear of such happiness being disrupted. All in all, life had always been good.
Starting around the age of three, and still to this day, Adonis has often found himself in some sort of trouble. At first, it was likely that the mischievous behavior was brought on by being an only child and demanding attention every moment if the day. These days, well, the reasons are not so clear. Hell, most would say that Donny simply doesn't care for rules,
Over the years the boy has dated his fair share of witches. Typically these relationships declined due to Donny being an arrogant toe rag. He merely figures it out to be because no one is fit enough to challenge him mentally, and match up to his dashing good looks. (He ignores what the mirror reflects and sees what he wishes.) Oh. He's also a serious flirt. And, doing so in front of your girlfriend isn't exactly polite. Not that this has stopped him. So...this would he why he is currently chasing skirt rather than dating any at the mo'.
There really isn't much to the life of Adonis. He attends classes, when he has a whim, and his grades are surprisingly high considering he so adores Skivving Snackboxes. He definitely was never pegged for Prefect or Head Boy, but the Charms Club -he's a dab hand in the subject- and the Dueling Club are glad to have him. Sure, he has a detention to serve at least twice a month and he may not be the nicest of chaps, but all in all he has found a spot for himself on this world, and he sincerely hopes to leave a giant smudge on it before he's through.
