Simple, the character above you says something. When your character responds, the first word of your response must begin the with last letter of the previous character's response, and the response must makes sense.
Example:
Character One: I'm going to the mall
Character Two: Love to go with you, but I'm busy
Character Three: Yes, same here.
Get the idea?

Random explosions due tend to happen with that color. I suppose purple was the best choice when it all comes down to it.
